Elder Be'sha Blondin, as recorded by Gideon Koren, MD

During a recent visit to Yellowknife to deliver a workshop on the diagnosis of FASD, Dr. Koren was deeply touched by the personal story of Elder Be'sha Blondin, a traditional knowledge teacher, healer and medicine woman, member of the Dene Nation, keeper of the Lodge of Nats'eju Dahke. She graciously agreed that he record her story and publish it in JFAS Int.
