Question:
I am just under 9 weeks pregnant and morning sickness has set in. I usually start to feel ill around 2:00am and it lasts until 3:00pm. I have only been sick once, but have had the dry heaves several times. So far I am using crackers and ginger ale, is there anything else that can help? Are tums okay to use? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you
Answer:
There is safe and effective treatment for
nausea of pregnancy. If you are from Canada or the US
you can call our toll free number 1 800 436-8477 and
speak to one of our specially trained counselors for
information. If not, you can download our treatment
algorithm and take it to your physcian. Tums are safe
to use during pregnancy.
