Question:
need to know if there is anyone out there that took Zofran during pregnancy and now has a child with delays. I had severe vomiting so my Dr had me take it pretty much last 4-5 mths of pregnancy. my son who will be 2 next mth is reallly delayed and has always had issues from birth. I have 2 other perfectly "normal" kids. Please respond if you know ANY issues with taking this drug with preg
thanks so much!!!!
Answer:
Recently,The Motherisk Program published a study on
Zofran. There were 176 women who took Zofran during
their pregnancies. There were no reports of any
adverse outcomes with the children, however we did not
follow up these children much past a year old.
