Taking Unisom for NVP

NVP Counsellor
Date: 2008-05-16

I have seen many posts about B6 and Unisom. My pharamasist informed me that Unisom does not have the same active ingredient it once had (Dox-something). He advised me against it. Any idea if it is still okay?

There are different formulations of Unisom, however they each contain an antihistamine which is safe to take in pregnancy. You may want to call our tollfree number at 1 800436-8471 for more information about the one you want to take
