Question:
I am almost 18 weeks along and have just recently been stricken with NVP. I bought Unisom tonight and a time released version of B6 (200 mg). Is that too strong of a dosage for me to take?
Answer:
Up to 200mg of Vit B6 is considered safe to take in pregnancy. However, it is highly unusual to
start having NVP at 18 weeks pregnancy, so you should check with your physician to rule out any other causes
for your symptoms.
